This beautiful Chateau de Villette wedding day was featured on Wedding Sparrow!

This is a styled Chateau de Villette wedding inspiration shoot from Britt Jones Co.’s Paris wedding workshop. It was a dream come true to photograph at Chateau de Villette, a beautiful historic chateau just outside of Paris. When I first found this Paris chateau a few years ago, I immediately fell in love. This historic home has all of the splendor of the French manors that we all love and is truly an example of luxury and elegance. Being able to photograph this stunning intimate French wedding day here among the gardens was something I’ll never forget!

Classic French Garden Ceremony

Chateau de Villette is such a gorgeous property. We had an intimate ceremony on the lawn of the chateau. The centerpiece of their ceremony was the tall and lush floral installation of white and purple flowers that served as the altar. With all-white chairs for their few guests to sit on, the ceremony felt intimate and quiet among the French countryside. All of the ceremony was framed by the historic home itself. 

Blush Wedding Gown for French Bride

Some of my favorite portraits of the day are of Violaine’s gorgeous Marchesa wedding gown as she walked through the gardens and posed in the doorframes of the chateau. This gown was elegant and romantic, perfect for the garden wedding day. Her wedding gown had a hint of blush, tying into the main color palette of the day and flowed beautifully behind her – which looked great trailing behind her, as she walked through the gardens. On the back of her bodice was a bow and cascading flower pieces, all of which created a few playful elements to bring personality to this gown. Violaine carried a bouquet of pink roses for a romantic pop of color against her gown.

Courtyard Chateau de Villette Wedding Reception

After their portraits, we moved to the courtyard wedding reception at Chateau de Villette. This intimate French reception was filled with pink, white, and gold details nestled between some of the chateau’s ivy covered walls and garden hedges. Each place setting had beautiful gold-rimmed plates sitting on bold floral napkins against the blush table runner.

Chic Bridal Look

To finish this styled wedding in France, we had another beautiful bride, Alisa to capture some bridal portraits and getting ready photos. In a fun bridal robe and pants set, she posed in a gorgeous blue suite inside the Chateau de Villette and showed off her beautiful look. She then changed into a chic Marchesa gown with a sleek silhouette, including a large bow near her knees. Draped around her on the steps of the chateau, the gown looked simply stunning!
