Unlike the movies, most love stories start out in simple ways that seem almost coincidental. But let me assure you there are no coincidences when it comes to true love, it is all my divine design. And that is exactly the case with Lindsay and Dalton! From their meeting on the ER floor to their stunning engagement, everything fell into place and was absolutely prefect for them! Their story began as they both worked as ER nurses at a local hospital. Lindsay and Dalton were in the emergency department working with a combination of emergency situations and trauma cases. They had this common understanding of the stresses of their jobs, but that is not were the similarities stopped!  They love to laugh together, go on simple dates and travel!

Dalton proposed on a couples vacation in North Carolina. Lindsay and Dalton were hiking up to a beautiful waterfall in some cooler weather, and as they reached the waterfall it began to snow! The roar of the waterfall with the small flakes of snow made the moment there magical. And what came next was a complete surprise for Lindsay! Dalton got on one knee to ask her to marry him. “It was just the two of us, freezing cold, but it was perfect and I couldn’t have asked for a more special moment.”

I am a true lover of architecture! I am always admiring the stunning designs and structures that we have here in Tampa Florida. It is just another reason to fall in love with Bok Tower Gardens! The gothic revival style of the tower is unique in this area of Florida and offers an elegant backdrop for your Tampa engagement photos. There are also walls, and other small structures on the property to give your Bok Tower Gardens engagement photos more variety!

When creating the gardens, the landscape architect was told to create “a spot of beauty second to none in the country”. And that is exactly what he did! The gardens are awe inspiring with so many special features. You can stroll past the reflecting pool, walk down the wetlands board walk, and even gaze at the orange groves down below the ridge. The gardens are lush with many native trees, flowers and bushes which add a whimsical feel to your engagement photos!
